MONROE - The Monroe County Health Department is set to hold its yearly Back to School Health Fair this Saturday. The event is designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year by providing a range of health services and information.

Children between the ages of 3 and 18 are the primary focus. The fair will offer free immunizations, vision screenings, and dental checks.
