Onspire Health Marketing announced a partnership with Vidscrip that allows healthcare practices to add provider-recorded video to automated patient communications, practice websites, and digital marketing. The initial rollout focuses on independent specialty practices, with potential expansion to larger networks later.
The new capability is designed to help practices personalize patient outreach and strengthen their digital presence using their own providers' voices. Instead of relying only on text messages or generic email reminders, practices can send short videos in which a familiar clinician explains a procedure, reviews pre-visit instructions, or follows up after an appointment. According to the company, this approach can improve comprehension and build trust because patients hear directly from the person who will care for them.
Vidscrip provides the video platform, while Onspire integrates the recordings into automated patient journeys and marketing campaigns. The companies say the system is built to fit existing workflows, so staff do not need to manage separate tools or manual uploads. Practices can record once and reuse the same video across appointment reminders, website pages, and social channels.
Early interest has come from specialty groups that handle high volumes of scheduled procedures, where clear preparation instructions matter. Onspire said the partnership reflects a broader shift toward video as a standard part of patient engagement rather than an optional extra.
